The Woodlands College Park Cavaliers Band was well represented in the various performance competitions that have been held this school year to-date. Congratulations to all the students who tried out for these competitions. We know you had your best foot forward as you prepared and auditioned for these events! It's a testament to your hard work as well as the guidance provided by your band directors, student teacher, private teachers and of course, your parents! Congratulations to the TWCP Winter Guard! With just two minutes of their show completed and without costumes or flags as yet, the JV placed 10th out of 17 teams and the Varsity placed 2nd! The team was really happy with their results. This is going to be an exciting season to watch as they continue to build their show. Way to go Guard !! |

TWCP was represented extremely well at the twirling competition held this past weekend! (Jan 14) All three of our twirlers performed well with Kristin winning two prestigious awards, MaryMichael winning second place in the event she entered and Megan winning a few nice awards as well! Way to go girls !! We are so very proud of you!
Thank you also to the volunteers who donated items to sell at the concessions stand and especially those volunteers who worked tirelessly at the stand to help support the program! With 47 volunteer hours working at the concessions stand, $1,722.33 in profit was realized! That's an excellent result….and we appreciate your generous efforts! |

- Complete the application
- The School Preference is "College Park HS"
- Complete the information
- Hit Submit.
You must apply to volunteer in CISD every year. |

The Woodlands College Park High School Band is a co-curricular activity. Not only do you receive an academic grade, but you also receive the benefits of an extra-curricular organization. The grade reflects what you do in class, but hours spent outside of the classroom are awarded with a Varsity Band Letter. The qualifications are set by a category system. To receive a letter, you must complete ONE of the following:
- Category A plus 3 items from category B
- Category A plus 1 item from category B and 3 items from category C
- Category A plus 7 items from category C
