Game day meals are being delivered by Culvers and Which Wich.

Culvers meals are $4, or $5 with Gatorade.
Which Wich meals are $5.50, or $6 with water.
Cold Gatorade will be available to purchase for $1 cash the day of the game.

You may pre-order meals for the entire season. Please complete a form for each date and attach a check or cash to each form. (i.e. for 4 games, complete 4 forms and attach 4 payments.)

Order forms are due Wednesdays at 5:30 for all games except the 9/2 game ONLY which is due on Tuesday at 6:30 because the game is on Thursday.

Merchandise order forms are now on the web-site and are going home with the students today. The basic required t-shirts and the golf shirts are unchanged. However, we have a new brand this year. We also have a number of additional items this year including a ladies shirt, flannel pants and hoodies.

We will have samples for sizing purposes on Monday 8/2 from 2 to 5 pm. As there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on merchandise, please stop by (the orchestra room) to be sure you are ordering the correct size!

Orders may be placed in the black box in the band hall. We will begin accepting orders at 2 pm and will continue through Tuesday at 2 pm. This is our fall “sales tax free” holiday benefiting the CPC Band Booster Club. Orders received after 2 and before 8 AM Wed will be collected, but will not be part of our “sales tax free” holiday.

Our initial order will be placed first thing Wednesday morning. Subsequent orders will be placed as we have sufficient demand for the various products.

Estimated delivery is 8/20 with pick up at the Exhibition/BBQ.

The Woodlands College Park High School Band is a co-curricular activity. Not only do you receive an academic grade, but you also receive the benefits of an extra-curricular organization. The grade reflects what you do in class, but hours spent outside of the classroom are awarded with a Varsity Band Letter. The qualifications are set by a category system. To receive a letter, you must complete ONE of the following:

• Category A plus 3 items from category B
• Category A plus 1 item from category B and 3 items from category C
• Category A plus 7 items from category C
